Just a short drive from Richmond, the Rivers & Roads Festival in Downtown Hopewell is your perfect Saturday escape! On September 13, from 1-6 PM, the streets of Hopewell come alive with live music, local eats, craft vendors, and family-friendly fun -- all with free admission.

Live Music Lineup: Enjoy performances by Magnolia, Jonathan Paige Brown Jr., and Bordertown at the corner of Library and Cawson Street.

Beer Garden & Food Trucks: Sip local brews and savor bites from Hopewell's best food trucks and restaurants.

Market & Makers: Shop handmade goods and fresh finds from the Hopewell Farmers Market and regional artisans.

Family Fun: Try fly fishing lessons, explore a giant inflatable kayak pool, tackle obstacle courses, and enjoy interactive art with Lamb Arts.

Celebrate the River: The festival honors Hopewell's connection to the Appomattox and James Rivers with a weekend of waterfront and downtown festivities
